This platform also provides a higher quality product and is extremely user-friendly for all participants using the platform. This includes the investigator, agency representatives, applicants, and their family/references. This encourages and facilitates a more complete and efficient investigation.
Additionally, this platform gives agency representatives the ability to electronically track the progress of their investigations. They can monitor, upload documents and forms, and receive completed investigations electronically. Agency representatives can also automate and customize their PHS/PIQ's and other forms within the system.
As a complement to the efficiency of the cloud-based platform, Tier 1 Investigations, LLC also offers the ability to do “expedited investigations” for an additional fee. No corners are cut in the expedited process, and you will get the same complete professional product, but it will come much quicker. We do this by shifting resources to the expedited investigation to accomplish whatever reasonable deadline the client may have.
The lead investigators on these cases are all POST Certified. The POST compliant background investigation will include coverage for all POST-background dimensions as well as any additional standards set forth by the agency. Your agency can rest assured that our investigations will meet POST minimum qualifications, your agency additional standards, and will be compliant with California Government Code § 1031 (d).
